Dr inż. Jacek Gralewski is a researcher at the Institute of Marketing and Sustainable Development within the Faculty of Organization and Management at Lodz University of Technology. His work focuses on optimizing production processes through lean management methodologies and computer-aided engineering systems.
His primary research interests include:
- Production process rationalization and optimization
- Lean management and lean manufacturing implementation
- CAx computer support in manufacturing enterprises
- Quality management and logistics in production
- 3D modeling systems' impact on product quality
Dr Gralewski serves on the Faculty Committee for Internationalization and maintains significant external engagements:
- Member of the Association of Polish Mechanical Engineers and Technicians
- Technical advisor at Lodz Council of Scientific and Technical Associations
- Member of Scientific Council at Textile Research Institute (Łukasiewicz Research Network)
