Jaan Toelen is a Professor at the Faculty of Medicine, KU Leuven, affiliated with the Department of Development and Regeneration and the KU Leuven Institute for Child and Youth. His work focuses on perinatal respiratory medicine, pediatric ethics, and medical decision-making frameworks.
