JULIO CESAR MOREIRA MEIRA is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Electrical Engineering at the School of Industrial Engineering, University of Vigo, Campus Vigo.
He earned a Ph.D. in 2012 from the University of Vigo with the thesis Analysis and Planning of Electrical Networks with Distributed Computing Tools, supervised by Dr. Edelmiro Miguez Garcia.
His research focuses on electrical networks, power systems, and distributed computing, aligning with his work in the EÑ1 Research Group in Electric Networks. Contact: jcmeira@uvigo.es.
