JULIO AGUSTIN PEREZ GIL

JULIO AGUSTIN PEREZ GIL is a full Professor at the Faculty of Law, Universidad de Burgos, affiliated with the Department of Public Law. His research focuses on procedural law and judicial cooperation within the European Union, particularly through his involvement in the CAJI research group.

He earned his PhD in 1997 from the Universidad de Valladolid with a thesis titled "La acusación popular". His current academic affiliation and research activities highlight his specialization in legal frameworks governing EU civil and criminal judicial procedures.
