JOSE JULIO FERNANDEZ RODRIGUEZ

Jose Julio Fernandez Rodriguez is a Professor of Constitutional Law at the University of Santiago de Compostela (USC), affiliated with the Faculty of Law and the Department of Public Law and Theory of the State. He has served as the Ombudsman of Galicia (2012–2015) and currently directs the Center for Security Studies (CESEG) at USC. His research focuses on constitutional theory, fundamental rights, security policy, and digital rights. He holds a Doctorate from USC and has published over 170 works in 15 countries, emphasizing transdisciplinary approaches to law and technology.
