JIN Shihui

JIN Shihui is a Research Fellow at the Saw Swee Hock School of Public Health, National University of Singapore. Her work focuses on infectious disease modeling using mathematical and statistical methods, including wastewater epidemiology and vaccine confidence studies. She holds a PhD in Statistics from NUS and a BSc in Mathematics from Nanjing University.

Her research explores transmission dynamics of viruses like SARS-CoV-2 and MPXV, with a focus on outbreak forecasting, vaccination strategies, and public health policy. She has contributed to methods like EpiMix and EpiRegress for estimating reproduction numbers.
