JAVIER VIJANDE ASENJO

Javier Vijande Asenjo is a Professor at the Department of Atomic, Molecular and Nuclear Physics within the Faculty of Physics at the University of Valencia. He is affiliated with the Institute of Corpuscular Physics (IFIC) and leads research in hadron structure and fundamental interactions, as well as radiophysics and nuclear instrumentation in medicine.

His research focuses on theoretical nuclear physics and applications of nuclear instrumentation in medical contexts. He obtained his PhD from the University of Salamanca with a thesis on mesons, baryons, and multiquarks. Contact: javier.vijande@uv.es
