J. Zach Burt

Burt J. Zach serves as an Adjunct Instructor at Creighton University School of Law, leveraging his extensive legal practice to instruct students. Currently General Counsel for TS Banking Group (Treynor, Iowa), he integrates real-world financial services expertise into his teaching methodology.

His professional trajectory spans three core legal domains:

• Civil Litigation: Represented diverse companies at Harris, Finley & Bogle, PC in Fort Worth
• Financial Regulation: Held in-house counsel roles at Union Pacific and Bank of Oklahoma (BOKF Financial)
• Criminal Prosecution: Served in Tarrant County Criminal District Attorney's Office
