J. Michael Wyss

Dr. J. Michael Wyss is a Professor and Director of the Center for Community Outreach Development (CORD) at the University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB). With a career spanning since 1979, his work focuses on learning and memory, blood pressure control, polyphenols, and inquiry-based education. He holds a Ph.D. in Neurobiology from Washington University in St. Louis and completed postdoctoral studies there before joining UAB.
