Jörg R. Aschenbach

Jörg R. Aschenbach is a University Professor (Univ.-Prof. Dr.med.vet.) at the Institute of Veterinary Physiology (WE02) within the Department of Veterinary Medicine at Freie Universität Berlin. He leads the Epithelial Transport and Metabolism Group and serves as Managing Director of the Institute. His research focuses on epithelial physiology, cellular metabolism, and biomedical aspects of veterinary science.
