Ivory McMillian

Ivory McMillian is an Adjunct Professor at The Chicago School's College of Professional Psychology, teaching in the Forensic Psychology Department since 2015. She is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist in Virginia and a Licensed Professional Counselor in Virginia and the District of Columbia, with over 25 years of experience in behavioral health.

• Education: Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from Argosy University, MS in Clinical Psychology from Argosy University, M.Ed in Community Agency Counseling from Auburn University, and BS in Psychology from Tuskegee University.

Her clinical expertise spans comorbid disorders, juvenile delinquency interventions, LGBTQIA+ mental health, polyamory counseling, and correctional healthcare. She specializes in treating trauma, bipolar disorder, depression, anxiety, and personality disorders in individuals and couples.

Dr. McMillian's professional credentials include national certification as a counselor, Certified Correctional Healthcare - Mental Health Provider (CCHP-MH), and Board Certified Tele-Mental Health (BC-TMH) provider. She has presented at the National Commission on Correctional Healthcare conferences on adolescent development, juvenile detention strategies, and behavioral health quality improvement.
