Ivana Zilic serves as a Clinical Professor and Coordinator for the International Management Concentration and the Strasbourg Dual Degree in European Management program within the Department of Management & Entrepreneurship at DePaul University's Driehaus College of Business.

- BS in Economist for Tourism Management, Polytechnic of Sibenik
Research Focus: Dr. Zilic's scholarly work centers on corporate social responsibility, performance management, and hospitality management. Her publications appear in journals such as Business and Society Review, Employee Relations, and International Journal of Manpower. She actively contributes to the academic community as a reviewer for Management Decision Journal and International Journal of Business Excellence.

Prior to her tenure at DePaul, Dr. Zilic spent twelve years teaching management and hospitality at a University of Applied Sciences in the European Union, where she also served as associate dean of business. During this period, she led European Union-sponsored initiatives in corporate social responsibility and entrepreneurship education. Her professional development includes an Executive Program in Leadership from MIT Sloan School of Management and certifications as a Lead Auditor for Quality Management Systems.
