Ivana Rozic

Dr. Ivana Rozic serves as a Lecturer in Accounting and Finance at Cardiff Business School, Cardiff University since October 2023. She holds Fellow status with the Higher Education Academy (FHEA) and is a Cardiff University Education Fellow.

Her research focuses on earnings management within private and publicly listed companies, financial reporting quality, and auditing standards under UK GAAP and International Financial Reporting Standards. Currently, she collaborates on an IAAER and KPMG-funded project titled 'Accounting for intangibles'.

Dr. Rozic actively presents at major conferences including the European Accounting Association Annual Congress and British Accounting and Finance Association conferences. Her research trends show specialization in comparative analysis of earnings management across company sizes and ownership structures in both UK and Croatian markets.

She supervises MSc Accounting and Finance dissertation projects and teaches undergraduate modules including Foundations of Business Accounting and Fundamentals of Financial Reporting.
