Itziar Ramírez García

Itziar Ramírez García is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Tourism and Hospitality Management at IQS School of Management, part of Ramon Llull University. She holds a PhD in Psychology (2020) from Ramon Llull University, a Master in Human Resources Management (2012) from the University of Westminster, a Bachelor in Business Administration (2007) from The University of Birmingham, and a Diploma in Tourism and Hotel Management (2005) from Ramón Llull University.

Her research focuses on Organizational Psychology and Organizational Values, with particular interest in employee retention, work motivation, and aligning student expectations with company value propositions. She is a member of the Tourism, Sustainability and Innovation (TSI) Research Group, which focuses on Sustainable and Responsible Tourism and Hotel and Hospitality Management.
