Iser DeLeon

Iser DeLeon is a Professor of Psychology at the University of Florida and holds affiliations with the Department of Psychiatry & Behavioral Sciences at Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine. He leads the Behavior Analysis unit in UF's Psychology Department and has held leadership roles in multiple behavioral analysis organizations, including the Behavior Analyst Certification Board and the Society for the Experimental Analysis of Behavior.

His research focuses on applied behavior analysis in neurodevelopmental disorders, particularly Autism Spectrum Disorder, emphasizing treatment of problem behavior, individualized learning strategies, and behavioral economics principles.
