Isabelle Vivegnis is a Full Professor (Professeure agrégée) in the Department of Psychopedagogy and Andragogy at the University of Montreal's Faculty of Education Sciences. Her expertise focuses on teacher professional development, mentorship systems, and educational practices in initial training and workplace integration. She holds a doctorate from UQAM/UQTR (2017) and has led research on mentorship effectiveness, teacher well-being, and pedagogical strategies.
