Isabelle Sinic

Isabelle Sinic is a Lecturer in the Department of Languages and Civilizations at Toulouse Capitole University, affiliated with the Center for Anglophone Studies (CAS). Her academic work bridges language education, U.S. civilization, and sociopolitical themes in education and migration.

Research Interests: Her research spans U.S. civilization, education policy, border and migration studies between the U.S. and Mexico, critical race theory, and English for Specific Purposes (ESP). She investigates how cultural identity, equity, and historical narratives are constructed in educational contexts.

The recent publications reflect a strong focus on transnationalism, binational educational cooperation, critical race theory in U.S. policy, and discourse in professional communication.
