Isabelle Delpla is a University Professor at the Faculty of Philosophy, University of Lyon 3. Her work bridges moral and political philosophy, theories of justice, and international justice, with a focus on post-war accountability and transitional justice.
Research Themes: Her scholarship explores the intersection of contemporary Anglo-Saxon philosophy, philosophy of language (principle of charity), and the relationship between philosophy and anthropology. She also investigates historical criticism, moral and political atheism according to Pierre Bayle, and ethical dimensions of war and climate justice.
