Dr. Isabel M. McFarlane, MD, FACP is a Clinical Assistant Professor in the Department of Medicine and Director of the 3rd Year Medicine Clerkship at SUNY Downstate Health Sciences University. She practices clinically at University Hospital Downstate and holds leadership roles in medical education and quality improvement.
