Iryna Lytvynchuk

Iryna Lytvynchuk is an Associate Professor and Director of the Technology Transfer Office at Zhytomyr National Agroecological University (ZNAU). She holds a higher doctorate from ZNAU on intellectual property management in agricultural research, a PhD in Economics and Business Administration (thesis on economic risks in agricultural cooperatives), and a master's in International Management, all from ZNAU. Prior to her academic role, she served as Chief Inspector in the Department of Inspection of State Authorities at the State Audit Service of Ukraine.

Her research focuses on intellectual property law, agricultural policy, and risk management. She teaches courses such as Intellectual Property Law, Management and Policy and Local Identity Management. She leads projects like #StandWithUkraine. Stop Disinformation and Cybersecurity Literacy Building for Youth, and organizes events such as the International Scientific and Practical Congress on Intellectual Economy. She has also participated in the EUROSCI Network lecture series and the Jean Monnet Open Online Course on European Integration.
