Dr. Iris K. Schneider is a Professor of Social Psychology at TUD Dresden University of Technology with a joint affiliation at the University of Cologne's Center for Social and Economic Behavior. She leads a research group investigating the psychological dynamics of ambivalence and conflict in social decision-making contexts. Her work bridges organizational behavior, trust, creativity, and cognitive bias.
