Irina Sherezade Castillo Reche

Irina Sherezade Castillo Reche is a Permanent Labor Professor at the Department of Didactics and School Organization, affiliated with the Faculty of Education at the University of Murcia. She is a member of the EDUCODI research group (Communication, Educational Innovation and Attention to Diversity).

She earned her PhD from the University of Murcia in 2017 with the thesis: La inclusión educativa del alumnado extranjero en Educación Infantil y Primaria: la voz de las familias para el logro de buenas prácticas en Educación Intercultural, supervised by Dr. Josefina Lozano Martínez.

Her research focuses on inclusive education for foreign students, intercultural education practices, and family involvement in educational processes. She emphasizes communication strategies and organizational frameworks to promote equity in early childhood and primary education.
