Irina Dragomir

Irina Dragomir is a lecturer and researcher at NHL Stenden University of Applied Sciences since 2019, holding roles across multiple academic programs. She initially joined the Tourism Management Bachelor program and later transitioned to the International Business Bachelor, where she serves as Internationalisation Coordinator and Chair of the Testing Committee. Her academic background spans diverse disciplines, including Tourism Management (BBA), European Languages and Cultures (BA), Cultural Geography (MSc), and an ongoing MBA in Educational Leadership. She is preparing to pursue a PhD.

Irina’s research focuses on Design-Based Education (DBE), contributing to case studies and quantitative frameworks for DBE implementation in higher education. She is also involved in the Organisations and Social Media Professorship, where her work includes research project development, funding proposal writing, and managing the European Influencers Academy.

Her professional narrative emphasizes interdisciplinary collaboration, educational innovation, and the integration of social media strategies in organizational contexts. Current projects bridge pedagogical frameworks with practical business education, reflecting her commitment to purpose-driven academic initiatives.
