Irene Gallo

Irene Gallo is a Project Researcher at the Catalan Institute of Chemical Research (ICIQ), affiliated with the Innovation & Valorisation Laboratory. Her work centers on Knowledge Transfer and Technology (KTT) and industrial projects, including contributions to the SlagCO2 initiative.

• Research Interests: Industrial Chemistry, Technology Transfer, Chemical Innovation, Catalysis, Renewable Energy, Materials Science

Funding: She is involved in the SlagCO2 industrial project, which aims to convert industrial waste slags into value-added products using CO2 capture technologies.

Laboratory: The Innovation & Valorisation Laboratory at ICIQ focuses on bridging academic research with industrial applications through collaborative projects.
