Ira Kincade Blake

Ira Kincade Blake is a Professor of Psychology at the University of Houston-Clear Lake, affiliated with the College of Human Sciences and Humanities. As the fifth and first African American/female president of the university, she drove enrollment growth, diversity initiatives, and industry partnerships during her leadership.
