Ioannis Psarras

Professor Ioannis Psarras is a faculty member at the National Technical University of Athens (NTUA), serving as Professor in the School of Electrical and Computer Engineering and Director of the Decision and Management Unit. He leads the Decision Support Systems Laboratory (DSSlab) and the Research University Institute of Communication and Computer Systems. With over 40 years of experience in energy sector roles, he has coordinated EU-funded projects in energy policy, clean technologies, and project management.
