Ioannis Patras

Professor Ioannis Patras is a faculty member at Queen Mary University of London, holding the position of Professor of Computer Vision and Human Sensing. He leads the Centre for Multimodal AI within the School of Electronic Engineering and Computer Science. His research focuses on advancing AI systems through intersections of Computer Vision, Machine Learning, and Natural Language Processing.

Patras holds a BSc, MSc, and PhD, and is a Senior Member of the IEEE and Fellow of the ELLIS society.
