Ioana Duca

Professor Ioana Duca is an Associate Professor at the Department of Finance, Banking and Business Administration, Titu Maiorescu University, Bucharest. She serves as the financial manager for the partner institution in the JCOERE (Judicial Co-Operation supporting Economic Recovery in Europe) project. Her research focuses on corporate finance, budgeting, money and banking, corporate governance, investments, and corporate social responsibility.

Prof. Duca has authored 15 books and over 50 research papers, contributing to national and international conferences. She has been a member of research teams in 11 scientific projects and acted as an expert or trainer in 9 EU-funded initiatives. Her professional affiliations include the Romanian Association of Finance and Banks (ROFIBA), The International Network for Economic Research (INFER), and The Association for Reforming the Tax System.
