Ingunn Bakke

Ingunn Bakke is an Associate Professor at the Department of Clinical and Molecular Medicine, Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU), Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences. Her research focuses on inflammatory bowel disease (IBD), gastrointestinal diseases, and translational medical research. She leads the Clinical Academic Group - Precision Medicine in Inflammatory Bowel Disease (CAG-IBD) and collaborates with St. Olav Hospital.

Her work integrates organoid cultures, histopathology, and advanced image analysis techniques to study IBD pathogenesis and therapeutic targets.
