Ingrida Girnienė is an Associate Professor and Vice-Dean for Studies at the Faculty of Communication, Vilnius University. She holds a PhD (2014), MA (2010), and BA (2008) in Communication and Information Studies from Vilnius University. Her research focuses on Knowledge Management, Innovation Management, and Organizational Factors influencing innovation creation. She has authored/co-authored over 20 peer-reviewed articles and presented at international conferences such as the European Conference on Knowledge Management (ECKM).
