Roles & Affiliations: PD Dr. Ingo Schrakamp is a Senior Lecturer and Privatdozent at the Institute of Ancient Near Eastern Studies, Freie Universität Berlin (50% position since 2024). He currently holds a substitute professorship for Ancient Near Eastern Studies at the University of Münster (until July 2025). His primary affiliations include the SFB 980 'Episteme in Motion' and the Einstein Center Chronoi.

Publications & Projects: His recent work focuses on the interplay between legal theory and practice in Mesopotamian reform texts and the adaptation of Sumerian linguistic knowledge in Ebla. He co-edits volumes like *Transfer, Adaption und Neukonfiguration von Schrift- und Sprachwissen im Alten Orient* (2022) and leads research projects on irrigation networks and textile production. His 2025 book on Lagash's irrigation system synthesizes technical, legal, and administrative evidence.
