Her research spans multinational collaborations, including optimizing surgical outcomes for children with cleft lip/palate and cross-linguistic studies of speech disorders. She investigates intervention strategies for speech/language difficulties, collaborates with Prof. Mårten Eriksson at the University of Gävle, and co-supervises a doctoral student in technical audiology focusing on voice perception pre/post-hearing aid use.
The 2023-2025 publications highlight her interdisciplinary work bridging audiology, speech therapy, and pediatric rehabilitation. Articles address hearing aid impacts on voice, longitudinal speech outcomes in cleft palate patients, and clinical alignment with developmental language disorder interventions across multilingual contexts.
She supervises doctoral students and integrates pedagogical development with research, maintaining a dual focus on functional assessments post-surgery and cross-cultural communication challenges in children.
