Inge Logghe serves as a Lecturer-Researcher at Avans University of Applied Sciences, affiliated with both the Physiotherapy program and the Equal Opportunities for Healthy Choices research group. Her dual role integrates teaching with practice-oriented research focused on vulnerable populations, particularly older adults and neurological patients.

Logghe's research centers on improving rehabilitation outcomes through evidence-based interventions. She has pioneered studies in exercise stimulation for cognitively impaired elderly, developed the Geriatric Rehabilitation Quality (GRZ) measurement tool, and investigated technology integration for independent aging. Her current Music Moves project (2022-2024) explores music-based gait therapy for chronic stroke patients, examining impacts on mobility, therapy adherence, and quality of life through collaborative methodologies including literature reviews, stakeholder interviews, and pilot testing.
