Inga Vinogradnaitė is an Associate Professor at the Institute of Political Science and Policy (Vilnius University). She works within the Department of Political Theory and is a Senior Researcher at the (Post)Soviet Memory Studies Center. Her research focuses on discourse analysis, historical memory, political participation, and transformation of public spaces.

- PhD in Political Science (2005): Political Representation and Justice: Discursive Analysis of the Lithuanian Political Imagination
Her research spans comparative politics, political sociology, and post-Soviet transitions. She explores how historical consciousness shapes political identities and institutions, with a focus on Lithuania and Eastern Europe. Recent work includes analyzing differentiated integration in the EU and the politicization of digital spaces.
She participated in major projects like Civil Society and New Forms of Governance in Europe (Cinefogo) and Democracy in the Knowledge Society (E-democracy). Her publications bridge theoretical frameworks with empirical studies of memory, political behavior, and institutional change.
