Ines Banjari, PhD, is a full professor at the Faculty of Food Science and Technology, University of Osijek, Croatia. Her primary roles include teaching and research in Biotechnical Sciences with a focus on Food Technology and Nutrition. She is based at Franje Kuhača 18, 31000 Osijek, office 16/18, and can be reached at ibanjari@ptfos.hr.
Her research interests revolve around food technology innovation, sustainable nutrition systems, and biotechnical applications in food production. She actively contributes to academic programs, including organizing specialized master's programs such as Sustainable and Circular Bioeconomy, Nutrition, and Innovations in Food Production for the 2025/2026 academic year.
Student consultations are held Tuesdays 8am-10am in office 16/18, with additional availability via prior arrangement. She maintains an Google Scholar profile and participates in academic networks like CROSBI and eCVF.
