Indraja Raudonikyte

Indraja Raudonikyte is an Associate Professor at Kaunas University of Technology's Faculty of Mechanical Engineering and Design, with over 10 years of design education experience. Since 2023, she has also been a PhD candidate in Art Criticism at the same university's Institute of Architecture and Construction (History and Theory of Arts).

Her research integrates three interconnected domains:

• Design Education: Pedagogical methods and curriculum development.
• Aesthetics of Sustainability in Heritage: Ethical and visual aspects of preserving cultural sites.
• Sustainable Hybrid Environments: Blending traditional crafts with modern ecological practices.

Beyond academia, she is a practicing graphic designer, entrepreneur (founder of the sustainable brand 'Pelkių Žolė'), and active member of professional associations. She leads community initiatives using arts to combat social exclusion in rural areas.
