Ilya V. Buynevich is a Lecturer in the Master of Science in Applied Geosciences program at the University of Pennsylvania's College of Liberal and Professional Studies. He earned a BS and PhD in geology from Boston University after beginning his academic studies in a marine geology program in Ukraine in 1991.
