Professor Ilya Beylin is a tenured faculty member at the Seton Hall University School of Law, joining in 2019 with significant practice experience in financial and business law. He previously taught at NYU Law School’s Lawyering Program, served as General Counsel at AngelList and its crowdfunding platform Republic, clerked for the Hon. Stephen F. Williams on the D.C. Circuit, and practiced corporate law with top New York firms. He holds a J.D. from the University of Chicago (Order of the Coif) and a B.A.S. in Computer Science and American Studies from Stanford University.
