Ilse Pachlinger

Ilse Pachlinger serves as a Senior Lecturer and Coordinator of the SBWL Business Training and Educational Management at the Department of Educational Science, Vienna University of Economics and Business. She specializes in business didactics and educational management, with consultation hours available Tuesday 10-11 a.m. by appointment.

Dr. Pachlinger's expertise focuses on economic everyday didactics, seminar and teaching methods, in-company training, and team teaching. Her work bridges theoretical business education with practical applications in corporate settings, emphasizing methods of business didactics and sustainable management approaches. She has developed specialized courses in social skills including moderation, team work, conflict management, and negotiation.

Dr. Pachlinger has extensive professional experience including as Deputy Head of Human Resources at the Austrian Academy for Executives, Pedagogical Director of the University Program Business Administration & Communication, and teaching positions at HBLW Wassermanngasse and HTL Donaustadt. She regularly participates in international educational projects and serves as a speaker in teacher training, adult education, and at universities of applied sciences.
