Ilona Stangl

Ilona Stangl serves as a Lecturer for Special Assignments at OTH Amberg-Weiden, holding dual appointments in the Weiden Business School and the Language Center. She maintains offices in Weiden's main building (Room 217) and the Weidener Technologie-Campus (Room 1.23), with office hours available by email appointment.

Her teaching expertise spans specialized English language instruction across multiple academic disciplines. Dr. Stangl delivers English for Psychology courses (I and II) through WEBIS, comprehensive Business English programs at both basic and advanced levels for WEBIS/OTH-Professional students, and UNIcert® II certification courses including English for Engineers and Technical English through WEN/AM programs.

Her work focuses on discipline-specific language training that bridges academic content with professional communication skills, particularly in business, psychology, and engineering contexts.
