Ilia Bider is a Senior Lecturer at the Department of Computer and Systems Sciences at Stockholm University. His work is centered on theories, methods, and tools for analyzing and designing organizational and IT solutions in congruence. He is an active member of the Precis Research Group, which focuses on Enterprise Modelling, Business Process Management, and Conceptual Modelling.
One of his key research projects involves the Fractal Enterprise Model (FEM), a framework mapping enterprise assets, processes, and their interconnections. This model serves as a guide for business transformation and digital innovation, particularly in PhD-level studies exploring strategic implementation and organizational change.
