Ilaria Garaci serves as Associate Professor of Private Law at the European University of Rome, contributing to PhD programs in "Person and Well-being between Law, Ethics and Psychology" and "Person, Well-being and Innovation". Holding a PhD in Private Economic Law (2004), she combines academic scholarship with legal practice since 1998.
Research focuses on civil law intersections with digital society:

- Consumer law enforcement mechanisms
- Minors' rights in digital contexts (digital capacity, targeted advertising, best interests framework)
