Ikhityor Turaboev is a Senior Lecturer at the Department of Administrative and Financial Law at Tashkent State University of Law in Uzbekistan. His current roles include teaching Financial Law and Tax Law. Prior academic positions include Head of the Department of Financial, Banking, and Tax Law (2013–2015) and Senior Lecturer in Business Law (2015–2018).

- LL.M. in International Legal Studies, American University, Washington College of Law (2000) – funded by the Uzbek government’s Umid (Hope) scholarship

Career Highlights: Turaboev has extensive legal advisory experience with international organizations and multinational firms, including the International Finance Corporation (IFC, 2007–2011), Huawei (2006–2007), and UzDaewoo Auto (2004–2006). He also served as a National Consultant for the UNDP Tashkent Office in 2012.
Research & Expertise: Focuses on financial, tax, and administrative law with a regional emphasis on Uzbekistan’s legal frameworks. His work intersects international legal standards and corporate governance in emerging economies.
