Iira Rautiainen is a Postdoctoral Researcher at the University of Oulu, affiliated with the Faculty of Humanities and the Department of English Philology. Her work focuses on interactional practices in multinational crisis management training, supported by the Academy of Finland-funded PeaceTalk project. She employs ethnomethodological conversation analysis and ethnography to study collaborative dynamics in multicultural contexts.
