Dr. Igor Menezes is a Senior Lecturer (Associate Professor) in Organizational Behavior and People Analytics at the Hull University Business School, part of the University of Hull. He holds dual professional qualifications as a psychometrician and Chartered Psychologist (CPsychol), along with the Graduate Statistician (GradStat) status from the Royal Statistical Society.
