Igor Kortchemski is a CNRS researcher at the Department of Mathematics (DMA) of École Normale Supérieure (ENS Paris) and a lecturer in the Department of Applied Mathematics at École Polytechnique.
His research focuses on probability theory, scaling limits of random discrete structures, Galton-Watson trees, and Lévy processes, particularly studying continuous limits of random discrete models.
