Ian Folkins

Ian Folkins is an Associate Professor in the Department of Physics and Atmospheric Science at Dalhousie University, Canada. His career spans over three decades with a focus on atmospheric chemistry, tropical meteorology, and climate modeling.

• Education: BSc (1986) from Dalhousie, MSc/PhD (1991) in Condensed Matter Theory from University of Toronto, followed by postdoctoral work at NCAR, Boulder.
