Ian Cone

Ian Cone is a Postdoctoral Research Scientist affiliated with the Department of Physiology, Anatomy and Genetics at the University of Oxford. He works within the Costa Group, focusing on the intersection of artificial intelligence and neuroscience.

His research explores how biophysically plausible learning rules enable brain-like neural networks to develop the latent structures necessary for cognition and behavior.
