Ian Beitz is an Adjunct Professor in the Department of Earth Sciences at Carleton University, affiliated with the Faculty of Science. He contributes to academic activities such as the Ottawa-Carleton Geoscience Centre and the Department Newsletter (2023-2024). His research interests align with Earth Sciences disciplines, including geology and environmental science. He has supervised Master’s students Pignotta and Nelson.
