Hüseyin BİCEN

Prof. Dr. Hüseyin BİCEN serves as Professor at Near East University with dual leadership appointments: Head of the Department of Human Resources Development in Education and Acting Dean of the Faculty of Open and Distance Education. His academic career spans the Atatürk Faculty of Education where he also instructs in the Department of Computer and Educational Technologies Education.

His research expertise encompasses critical domains in modern pedagogy:

• Technology Addiction behavioral studies
